The fluorescent lamp also emits UVA radiation, which stimulates appetite and reproductive behavior. The optimal radiation intensity decreases with time of use - we recommend changing the fluorescent lamp every 12 months.
When choosing a fluorescent lamp, choose appropriate lighting for the type of animal being kept and maintain a minimum distance between the emitter and the animal (15 cm), maximum range 40 cm.
