Cancelling an unpaid order
An unpaid order will be automatically cancelled 30 days after it is placed.

Cancelling a paid order
An order can be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet. If you want to cancel a paid order, please email us at jenkie@jenkie.eu. In the message, please include the order number and reason for cancelling the order with the account number from which the payment was sent (for security reasons).

Refund
The amount for the products will be refunded to you as soon as the products are delivered to the warehouse. The refund will be made to the same account that was used to pay for the order.

Attention
The customer support team may ask you to provide your bank details, even if the order was paid using a different payment method.

Refund processing time
The time required to process a refund depends on the payment method.

Bank transfer – refund within 14 days at the latest. This is due to bank transaction processing times.
Refunds via PayPal and credit cards will be processed within 24 hours, unless there are technical issues. In the event of technical issues, the refund process may take 2-3 days.
Form of Credit - If you decide to use the money we sent you for another product, we will issue a credit note and it will then be credited to your order (in which case you can only choose to pay by bank transfer, where we will send you the amount for payment after deducting your credit).
