Order payment
We will start processing your order as soon as your payment is credited to our account.
Note: not all payment methods allow for immediate crediting. For example, bank transfers can take up to a week to process.
When we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email to your email address. If you cannot find this email, be sure to check your spam folder.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available:
PayPal
Credit card
Bank transfer
Payment bonuses and coupons
Payment by bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you will see your order number and the details needed to make the payment after clicking on the Checkout option.
PayPal payments
To pay via PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout. Click on the Pay via PayPal option and enter your PayPal account details.
If you are having problems paying via PayPal, go back to your PayPal account and check that the payment details are correct.
Important Note:
The shipping address in PayPal must match the shipping address on your order. If the addresses match but you still can't pay for your order, try choosing a different payment method in your PayPal account. If that doesn't work, contact PayPal.
Troubleshooting Order Payment Errors
Any payment sent in error will be canceled the next business day if it was made outside of customer service hours. If for some unforeseen reason the payment is not canceled, we will cancel it as soon as we start processing your order. The money will be refunded to the payment method of your choice.
