Costs of returning goods

Returning the product at the customer's expense
The cost of returning the product must be borne by the customer. These costs cannot be refunded.

Categories of products that are returned at the customer's expense:

standard items;

oversized goods;

old replaceable parts;

Sending the product for return

Pack the product in its original packaging.

Print the return form that you received by email or can find on our website.

Put it in the shipping box. If you are unable to send the return form, put a printed invoice from the order in the shipping box.
Send the product via any delivery service that is most convenient for you. Delivery costs are calculated by the courier company and depend solely on its rates.

Please note
We do not accept returned products sent on delivery (COD). COD shipments will be returned to the sender.
