These terms and conditions of sale and complaints govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from the purchase contract concluded between the seller/operator, Andrej Blaško - jenkie, with its registered office at Maloboršanska 98, 90050 Hrubá Borša, Company ID: 44352905, (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the buyer, the subject of which is the purchase and sale of goods on the Seller's e-commerce website.

We undertake to delete the customer's personal data from our database at any time, even without giving a reason, at the customer's request. As a registered customer, we inform you (max. 3 times a month) about news and events in the store. You can cancel the sending of information emails at obchod@jenkie.eu

How to shop
Browse goods

Goods are divided into categories. On the left side there is an overview of the categories, after clicking on the desired one the current offer will be displayed. You can click on the preview image and a detailed description will be displayed, where you can view a larger preview. In the detailed description you can also see the availability of a specific product - whether it is available in stock or the delivery time is longer.

The goods you are interested in must first be added to the shopping cart. After clicking on the "add to cart" or "buy" button, you will put the selected product in the virtual shopping cart. You can view the shopping cart at any time, and from there you can also "throw away" goods that you have placed there by mistake. If you order goods that cannot be ordered, "***" is displayed after the title name in the shopping cart. Then you need to reduce the number of pieces ordered, or delete the goods from the cart.

Ordering goods

It is best to order as a registered customer. Registration is simple and after it you have the opportunity to monitor the status of the order (received / being processed / partially equipped / sent / delivered / not accepted / canceled), you have the opportunity to choose the address where the goods will be delivered and you will also have access to the history of orders. You can also rate the goods and write comments on the goods.
You can order the goods that are in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Order" button and follow the instructions. You choose the delivery address (if it is different from the default) and you can write us a message or other instructions (e.g. send to your own hands, etc.)

Delivery times

We usually send the product the next business day. If it is not available, we will contact you by email. For products made to order, the time is extended to a maximum of 14 days.

About the status of the ordered goods:

waiting for equipment - we will check the goods within 48 hours.

being processed - the goods are in the preparation stage or collected from the warehouse, we send them within 8 days

expedited - the goods were sent by courier service or by post.

Goods over 10kg are automatically sent by courier service.

Comments on the goods

If you are registered with us, you have the opportunity to share your opinion on individual titles. In the detailed description, click on the appropriate button and you can write a comment, rate it, or just view the opinions of others.

returning goods

You can return all goods * purchased in the online store without giving a reason within 14 working days of receiving the goods. You must withdraw from the contract in a demonstrable manner (in writing, by e-mail). This right arises from Section 12 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Mail Order Sales (Act No. 108/2000 CFU).
