Shipment tracking

If you have placed an order and received an email saying "order has been shipped",

this means that the package has been picked up by the courier.

We do not send the tracking number of the package automatically, but you can request it by email: jenkie@jenkie.eu

Note
The tracking number will be activated on the delivery service website 24 hours after it is created. If you open the link right away, you will see a message that the package cannot be found in the system.
