Reasons for rejecting a warranty claim
We may refuse to consider your claim in the following cases:
Not all necessary documents have been provided.
Mechanical damage (scratches, cracks, impacts, liquid spills, signs of tampering).
Damage resulting from the use of incorrect spare parts and components, or unqualified installation.
Normal wear and tear of the spare part.
The warranty period/life of the product has expired.
Improper or negligent use of the product.
How can I expedite the refund/guarantee process?
All necessary information must be provided as soon as possible in order to make a decision on your claim. If the claim includes a return of goods under warranty, we unfortunately cannot expedite the review process.
Reasons why we may refuse to accept a return under warranty and how to appeal this decision
In general, we may refuse your request to return a product if the inspection of the product shows that the fault has occurred due to:
incorrect use;
incorrect installation;
incorrect transport or storage;
incompatibility of the products such as using a more powerful pump for the filter what is its Max. power flow rate.
If this is the case, we will return the examined product to you at our expense, unless it is an oversized product. We may also dispose of the product in accordance with EU environmental legislation.
If you wish to appeal against the manufacturer's refusal to replace the product under warranty, the appeal against this decision must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of this decision.
