What is a warranty case?
Impossibility of use is covered by the warranty. Cases in which we can consider the goods as tested by the customer within the scope of their functionality:
The goods were mounted and installed and their functionality was not tested.
The goods were previously tested on a special device and their functionality was not tested.
Note
We recommend that electrical devices, such as drum filters,... be installed only by authorized companies. Do not install them yourself if you do not have the necessary qualifications.
Unqualified installation may lead to non-compliance with the conditions of use of the spare part, which will subsequently lead to the manufacturer refusing to provide warranty services. Remember that before installation, a qualified mechanic should determine the correct installation of the filtration. Installation should only be carried out after making sure that all installation requirements are met. We assume no responsibility for damage or loss of functionality due to incorrect installation.
Important information before submitting a warranty claim
If you have confirmed that the product is not working properly and want to file a claim, please note the following conditions.
1. Information Verification
In order to successfully process the case, the documentation and all necessary information related to the claim will first be reviewed. Please cooperate with the customer support team if they require any missing information from you. If the verification result is negative, the warranty will be void.
2. Provision of a replacement
It is not always possible for the company to provide an immediate replacement for a product that is under warranty. If, after reviewing the completed warranty form and the documentation provided, you are not asked to return the product for inspection, and the warranty is confirmed, you will be able to request a replacement. In this case, the warranty validation process may take one to two weeks. If no replacement is required, you can request a refund to your deposit or bank account.
A replacement product will be shipped immediately after the request and the product has been checked for compatibility and availability.
If the damaged item needs to be returned, the customer will be informed separately. In this case, the warranty confirmation process may take 4 to 6 weeks.
Please note: We will only be able to refund the money after the warranty case has been confirmed.
3. Returning goods under warranty
Our customer support team will notify you whether or not the item needs to be returned when processing your request.
Keep the item until you receive a decision from the customer support team.
How to submit a warranty claim
To submit a return request, follow the steps below:
Go to the Complaints category.
Fill out the warranty claim form and send it to obchod@jenkie.eu.
In the message, describe in detail the reason for the request and attach a photo of the item.
