Order status
The average order processing time is 24-48 hours.
Factors that may affect the order processing time include:
Payment availability. We will start processing your order as soon as the payment is credited to our account. For example, if a bank transfer is selected as the payment method, processing may take up to one week.
Product availability. Information about product availability changes very quickly. It may happen that the product you ordered is no longer in stock at the time of processing your order, and we will have to order it from the supplier. This may extend the order processing time by 1-2 weeks.
Additional checks. Before processing your order, the order may be checked for any errors. If necessary, the customer service team will contact you.
Status description:
Payment pending - the order has not yet been paid and must be paid. You will usually receive this prompt if you have chosen to pay by bank transfer. If you paid by bank transfer, please contact our customer support team and provide proof of payment so that we can process your order faster.
Processing - payment has been received and the system is processing your order.
Processed - we are waiting for your out-of-stock order from the supplier.
Completed - the goods have been received.
Dispatched - your order has been picked up by the courier and will be delivered.
Cancellation - In case you have canceled the order or have not paid for it within 7 days.
Attention
The order can be canceled until its status changes to "Dispatched".
