Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product availability, holidays, and various circumstances on the courier company's side. Delivery is not available during holidays.
Possible reasons for delayed delivery of the shipment:

local or international bank holidays;
adverse weather conditions (natural disaster).

If your country is not on our list of delivery countries, you can have your shipment delivered to a neighboring country that is on our list, if you wish to pick up the shipment there or send it on.
