The fish will swirl their own feces. This condition then helps parasites and infectious diseases. The ball can be connected directly to the gravity-fed filtration or to the pump shaft. Using a bottom drain is also advantageous in that no hoses and cables from the pumps are visible in the pond. Installation is carried out via a foil flange with stainless steel screws.
