General Provisions

These terms and conditions of sale and complaints govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from the purchase contract concluded between the seller / operator, which is Andrej Blaško - jenkie with its registered office at Maloboršanska 98, 90050 Hrubá Borša, IČO: 44352905, (hereinafter referred to as the "seller") and the buyer, the subject of which is the purchase and sale of goods on the seller's e-commerce website.

We process the personal data you provide solely for the purpose of processing the order and discreet delivery of the goods. Providing this data is voluntary and optional, but it can be provided for an indefinite period of time pursuant to Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data. According to the cited Act, you can object to the use of this data at any time. We undertake to delete the customer's personal data from our database at any time, even without giving a reason, at the customer's request. As a registered customer, we inform you (max. 3 times a month) about news and promotions in the store. You can cancel sending information emails at obchod@jenkie.eu

Viewing goods

The goods are divided into categories. On the left side there is an overview of the categories, after clicking on the desired one the current offer will be displayed. You can click on the preview image and a detailed description will be displayed, where you can view a larger preview. In the detailed description you can also see the availability of a specific product - whether it is available in stock or the delivery time is longer.

Selecting goods

The goods you are interested in must first be placed in the shopping cart. After clicking on the "add to cart" or "buy" button, you will place the selected product in the virtual shopping cart. You can view the shopping cart at any time, and from there you can also "throw away" goods that you have placed there by mistake. If you are ordering goods that cannot be ordered, "***" is displayed after the title name in the shopping cart. Then you need to reduce the number of items ordered, or delete the goods from the cart.

Ordering goods

It is best to order as a registered customer. Registration is simple and after it you have the opportunity to monitor the status of the order (received/in progress/partially completed/sent/delivered/not received/cancelled), you have the opportunity to choose the address where the goods will be delivered and you will also have access to the order history. You can also rate the goods and write comments on the goods.
You can order the goods that are in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Order" button and follow the instructions. You choose the delivery address (if it is different from the default) and you can optionally write us a message or other instructions (e.g. send to your own hands, etc.)

Delivery times

We usually send the product the next business day. If it is not available, we will contact you by email. For products made to order, the time is extended by max. for 14 days.

About the status of the ordered goods:

waiting for processing - we will check the goods within 48 hours

being processed - the goods are in the preparation stage or for collection from the warehouse, we will ship them within 8 days

dispatched - the goods were sent by courier service or by post.

Goods over 10kg are automatically sent by courier service.

Comments on the goods

If you are registered with us, you have the opportunity to share your opinion on individual titles. For a detailed description, click on the appropriate button and you can write a comment, rate it, or just view the opinions of others.

Return of goods

All goods* purchased in the online store www.koikapor.sk can be returned within 14 working days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Withdrawal from the contract must be in a demonstrable manner (in writing, by e-mail). This right arises from Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act in Mail Order Sales (Act No. 108/2000 Coll.). Later withdrawal from the contract is no longer possible. The goods must be sent to the address Jenkie, Hrubá Borša 98, 90050 Hrubá Borša. We recommend sending the goods as a package by registered mail. The cost of transportation is borne by the customer. Please do not send the goods to us by cash on delivery. Attach a copy of the tax document that we sent you with the goods and a copy of the delivery receipt to the package. If the goods have already been paid for, we will refund the money to you no later than 10 working days after receiving the returned shipment, to the account from which you paid, or in another form by mutual agreement.

The contract cannot be withdrawn in the following cases:

* the goods are mechanically damaged

* the goods have been tested (such as pumps, filters)

* Feeds are loose packed or opened.
* the goods are not complete (including accessories, warranty card, instructions, etc., if supplied)
* the goods were ordered specially to order (e.g. pond liners cut to size)
* when the nature of the product does not allow it

In the event of an unauthorized return of the goods, these goods will be returned to the customer at their expense.
