Water is pumped into the unit through the supplied reactor. Air is drawn in through the Venturi system using the water pressure in the reactor. Air is drawn into the unit through the air valve and flows through the area between the quartz glass and the ozone UV-C lamp. As the air enters the unit through the lamp, it is loaded with ozone particles that have been created in a special ozone UV-C lamp that produces 0.6 grams of ozone. After passing through the ball valve, the ozone-enriched air is mixed with the water in the reactor. Here, oxidation and sterilization take place, achieving a powerful disinfection process. The water-ozone mixture is then exposed to a 25 watt UV-C output generated by a lamp in a stainless steel housing. The lamp has a dual function, producing ozone and UV-C light simultaneously. This is because the ozone mixes with the water during the second pass through the lamp. The extra-strong 2 mm thick Duplex stainless steel housing provides an additional reflection of the UV-C light of up to 35%. The device produces ozone that is 100% safe; and the water that flows out no longer contains any ozone. What remains is completely disinfected, crystal-clear pool water without bacteria. A minimum amount of chlorine is recommended in your pool water, which will act as a buffer in the pool.
